Return Eligibility
You may return items if:
- Defective or Damaged Items: The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Incorrect Items: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Return Timeframe
- Defective or Damaged Items: Initiate returns within 6 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the CPA.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items should be in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, spares, manuals and documentation.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at admin@justpumpwater.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Await return authorization and instructions.
- Shipping: Send the item to Unit 21 B, Platinum Business Park, 30 Taurus Rd, Brackenfell Industrial, Cape Town, 7460, South Africa
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
- Non-Approval: If not approved, we will notify you with reasons.
Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Just Pump Water covers return shipping costs.
- Items damaged, installed, altered, or modified by the client or any third party will be returned at the cost of the client.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used Items: Items that have been used, unless defective.

If any item purchased from Just Pump Water (PTY) LTD. is in any way installed, altered, modified, or damaged by either the client or any third party, that is, anyone other than Just Pump Water (PTY) LTD., any warranties for said items are rendered null and void. Only authorised representatives from Just Pump Water (PTY) LTD. are permitted to work with the company’s products in order to retain and maintain all associated warranties.
